This is a general overview of frequently asked questions, please review them, and if you still have questions, don’t hesitate to contact me, I’ll be more than happy to answer them.
What happens after my session?
I sit down and hammer out editing, which usually takes me 1-2 weeks, depending on demand. Editing takes longer with Pro Touch, so I appreciate your patience if your package includes it. When the editing is finished and ready to be reviewed by you, I will email you with a link to your online gallery along with a password for access. From there, you can review and download your proofs, order prints, or ask questions if needed.
Do I get to pick the photo’s I want to be edited?
In short, no. Given that you are trusting in me as your photographer to take the best photos for you, I reserve all creative direction in which photos will be delivered.
What is a print release?
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, all clients must sign a contract before our photo shoot begins. Contracts secure an agreement that you will pay for services rendered by me.
How do I pay you?
Payments are made through my online booking process. Your package fee is required prior to our photo shoot. During the online booking process, your fee must be paid before booking is completed.
I ordered a smaller package but want other pictures that aren’t included, what can I do?
I do have an A La Carte option for clients who want extra pictures. All pictures are offered for download past what your package includes. Full resolution digital downloads may be purchased for $15 per image ($30 for Pro Touch images).
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is only if weather is un-permitting to do our photo shoot, or if a medical emergency arises, such as an illness or accident. A $50 non refundable retainer fee applies, and the remaining amount of the booking fee will be refunded to you. The $50 retainer fee may be applied to a future booking session, provided that the new booking date is done within the 48 hour time frame from the previous cancellation.
How many family members can I have in my photo shoot?
For all of my packages, immediate family members are included, each additional family member is $20 extra. Also, due to family size, this could affect mini sessions as far as how many poses are possible on an individual level. Example: You want a picture of each of your five children, as well as each child with mom and dad. Our 20-minute mini session package is not appropriate for this type of photo shoot and will have to be upgraded to a children/family portrait session.
Can I change outfits?
You may change outfits 1 time during our children/family portrait session (depending on package purchased). A pop-up tent will be provided for your privacy if needed.
How many poses can we fit in?
We will fit in as many poses as possible within your photo shoot time frame, except for mini sessions that are pre-themed and staged.
Cant I just schedule with you over the phone?
Unfortunately, because of my payment process, all photo shoot packages must be scheduled through my booking service, which ensures that I get paid for my sessions. Thank you for understanding.
Is it possible to do an indoor photo shoot?
I currently do not have a studio for indoor photo shoots, when that changes I will update here.
